By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into contracts.
Your Responsibilities

Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Services are billed according to the pricing and payment schedule laid out in your Service Agreement or separate invoice.

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

Late payments may prompt interest charges, suspension of services, or additional fees.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website—text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials—is owned by IT Support CT LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and use this content solely for your own internal business purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute these materials without our prior written permission.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree that all proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of any Service Agreement (e.g., business operations, technical protocols, and security practices) will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.
Warranties & Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as‑is” and “as‑available” without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
While we make every effort to ensure reliable service, we cannot guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IT SUPPORT CT LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES RECEIVED FROM YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services and this website, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you are in breach of these Terms or if such action is otherwise warranted to protect our legal rights or those of others.
Modifications to Terms
